Please save this email for future reference and check your spam folder if you do not receive this email soon after registering successfully. This email will include:\n<ul>\n<li>your <strong>registration confirmation number<\/strong>, <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a <strong>link<\/strong> to the page where you can <strong>review, modify, or cancel<\/strong> your registration (the above confirmation number will be needed),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a <strong>link<\/strong> for downloading your <strong>registration invoice<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a <strong>link<\/strong> for downloading your <strong>invitation letter<\/strong> if you requested one (you will be asked whether you wish to request an invitation letter on the first page of the registration process).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If your are registered, you will receive a <strong>second email closer to the event<\/strong>; this email will include a <strong>link to download and install the <strong><em>Whova<\/em><\/strong><\/strong> <strong>mobile app<\/strong> on your personal device. Whova is the event-management platform that we will use to facilitate your AAMAS25 attendance experience. It will include features such as session timetables enabling you to build your own agenda and capabilities to connect with attendees and organizers. We request all attendees to install and use Whova for AAMAS25 when it becomes available and check their spam folders if the email with the relevant link is not received as the event approaches.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Early rates apply until and including 4 April; after that, late rates apply until and including 9 May; after that, on-site rates apply <em>even for online registrations<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>AAMAS25 is organizing a&nbsp;<strong>banquet<\/strong>&nbsp;at the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbesdetroit.com\/colony-club.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Colony Club, Detroit<\/a>&nbsp;as an evening networking event on&nbsp;<strong>Thursday, 22 May 2025<\/strong>. Banquet tickets are not included in any admission item. Registrants will be given the option to purchase them separately during the registration process. Each registrant can purchase up to 5 tickets, each for&nbsp;<strong>$135<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>All fees are in US dollars.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Registration-terms_conditions\"><strong>Terms and Conditions<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"Paper-registration\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Paper Registration<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An accepted paper <strong><em>must<\/em><\/strong> meet the following criteria in order to be included in the conference program and proceedings:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Each paper <\/strong>accepted at the conference in any track (main technical track \u2013 full papers and extended abstracts, Demo,&nbsp;AAAI,&nbsp;JAAMAS, Blue Sky Ideas)<strong> needs to be associated with at least one of the paper\u2019s authors\u2019 registration by the <em>early registration deadline<\/em> <\/strong>(4 April). For this purpose, you are required to register for the main conference and enter the IDs of all papers for which you are an author during the registration process (you will find the instructions for entering paper IDs under &#8220;Main Conference Papers&#8221; on the Personal Information page on the registration path).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Each author registration<\/strong> can be associated with <strong>up to two papers<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"cancel-mod\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Cancellations and Modifications<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cancellations<\/strong> are <strong>NOT ALLOWED after 30 April 2025<\/strong>. If you cancel your registration, the total amount you paid will be refunded to you minus an&nbsp;8% processing fee if you registered as a regular attendee and fully if you registered as a student.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"Mods\"><strong>Modifications<\/strong>: The timetable for workshops, tutorials, the doctoral consortium (DC), and competitions can be viewed at a glance <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/spreadsheets\/d\/10L8iD7pFPPOKdmWcn81taRGAcmPRkLHs3vkaHf7APF8\/edit?usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>here<\/strong><\/a>. We will keep adding further details as and when they become available. Moreover, recall that participation in the DC is subject to confirmation as a mentor or student mentee (see&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/aamas2025.org\/index.php\/conference\/calls\/call-for-contributions-to-the-doctoral-consortium\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Call for Contributions to the DC<\/a> for details). <strong>The registration process will ask you to select workshops and tutorials you wish to attend on any day covered by your admission and also to indicate whether you have applied for the DC. We understand that these responses might change in the future as new information becomes available and will reach out by email to remind you of modification options at appropriate times.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Charges for modifications<\/strong>: If a modification entails a change in the type of admission item (see <a href=\"#Registration-table\">table<\/a>), you will be charged a total amount consistent with the rates applicable to the time-window (early, late, on-site) during which the <em>latest<\/em> modification was performed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Example 1<\/span>: If you register as a student on 25 Feb for the main conference only and purchase one banquet ticket, you will be charged a total of $(450 + 135) = $585 at that time. If you then modify your registration on 16 April by only revising your admission item to Main Conference + 1-Day Workshop &amp; Tutorial, your admission fee will now be $675, so you will be charged an additional $(675 &#8211; 450) = $225.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Example 2<\/span>: If you register as a regular attendee on 12 March for a Main Conference + 1-Day Workshop &amp; Tutorial admission with no banquet tickets and indicate 19 May as the workshop day you wish to attend, you will be charged $925. If you then modify your registration on 3 May by changing your workshop day to May 20 (and hence also the specific workshop(s) you wish to attend) and also purchase one banquet ticket, you will only be charged an additional $135 (for the banquet ticket).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Attendance Policy<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Note that&nbsp;AAMAS25 <strong>will be held in person only and will not support a hybrid format<\/strong>. There will be no facility for remote&nbsp;access or participation.
