On-site check-in/badge collection
As an attendee, your first stop is the registration desk where you will be checked in by our volunteers and receive your badge, additional materials, and information. The operating hours of the registration desk are provided in the table below. Note that we are offering two hours of early check-in on the evening of Sunday May 18 before the start of the Workshop & Tutorial days.
You will soon receive email messages from AAMAS25 organizers providing instructions for the on-site check-in process. Stay tuned!

NOTE: You are expected to have your badge on your person at all times while attending the conference. In particular, you will need to produce your badge to access the opening reception (Tuesday, May 20, 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm).

LOCATION: The registration desk is located on the 3rd floor of the conference hotel next to the Ontario Exhibit Hall entrance and close to the central elevator (marked Foyer/Registration on the floormap below).
