NOTE: All descriptions follow the North American floor numbering convention, i.e., the main entrance is on the 1st floor.

AAMAS25 will be held at the Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center (book your room at our special rates here). This hotel is part of the Renaissance Center, commonly called the RenCen, a major Detroit landmark adjoining the equally iconic Riverwalk.

Volunteers will be available at the venue during the event to assist you and can be identified by their distinctive orange lanyards.

  • All events from May 19 to May 23 will be held on the 3rd and 5th floors of the hotel (see floor maps below).
  • The two floors are mutually accessible via the central elevators as well as escalators.
  • The registration desk is on the 3rd floor next to the Ontario Exhibit Hall. Information on on-site check-in and badge collection is available here.
  • The Ontario Exhibit Hall on the 3rd floor will host the poster and demo sessions (see Program Overview).
  • The Ambassador Ballroom on the 3rd floor has been earmarked for all plenary sessions, i.e., the opening session, invited talks, panels, and meetings (see Program Overview).
  • Refreshments will be available in the Ambassador Foyer, adjacent to the Ambassador Ballroom, during breaks.
  • The Opening Reception will be held on Tuesday, May 20, from 6:00PM to 8:00PM in GM Wintergarden, Level A, Renaissance Center.
  • The Evening Networking Event will be held on Thursday, May 22, from 6:15PM to 9:00PM at the Colony Club (directions).
